Project: Bletchley Remodeling – rail

  • The client sought a solution to support 2 Twin Track Cantilever (TTC) Overhead Line Electrification(OLE) structures and 2 Anchor Masts each with a Tieback Anchor.
  • Network Rail approved UK1 series 610 pile foundations were selected and all 6 (54 linear metres) were installed in 1 Sunday shift with 1 RRV.
  • The poor quality embankment fill required 11m length pile installed in 3 bolted modular spliced sections for the TTC foundations.
